Please see below for a small selection of the positive feedback The Grange has received over the years:

To all at The Grange,

On behalf of John and myself may I thank everyone at The Grange for the care and understanding shown towards Mother. You have chosen a most difficult vocation and have our admiration for your professionalism and humanity.

We know from experience that the high standards which are uncommon, rather than the norm, and this makes our gratitude all the greater. Mother was by nature something of a loner yet you managed to get her to join in when possible or see to her needs with private poetry readings. We could not have asked for, or found a more caring home.

Peter and John.

To Staff and Management at The Grange,

We would both like to thank each and every one of you for looking after my mum Elizabeth, while she lived at The Grange. She would quite often tell us how you cared for her without any prompting, just because she appreciated what you were dong for her. She had not had a lot of TLC in her life so it was a bit special to experience this form yourselves. Thank you your kindness is appreciated so much,

Bob and Sheila.

Dear all,

Just a short message to thank you all for looking after my mum for the last ten years. I was always thankful that I did not have to worry about her welfare because I knew that she was in safe hands. I have always been very impressed by the staff at The Grange, you do a difficult job something that I couldn’t do and you always maintain a sense of humour. I know that my mum would settle there and she made some good friends among the staff. Thanks again and best wishes for the future.

Dear all staff members,

On behalf of Joyce, David, myself and all our families I would like to thank you for the excellent care given you mum over the past few years. You read such a lot of reports in the press concerning the treatment of residents in nursing homes, that I felt it only right to give praise and thanks where it is due.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and the care given to mum was second to none. I always found the staff to be cheerful, polite and helpful and most importantly be compassionate and caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Grange to anyone looking for a care home for a relative. Kindest Regards to you all,
